Terrorists in Afghanistan are getting funds from their supporters in the gulf countries. They are not basically the supporters of terrorists but they are anti USA. Terrorists are capturing the state resources as state has no or little control. In fact government in Afghanistan is merely a US drama. There are only two governments US forces and Al-Qaeda/Taleban.
