It's quite natural. Every where the ruling class uses the media as its weapon and Chavez is doing the same. What's wrong in it.

Chavez is not against the press freedom or his criticism? He just points out their bias. He never said they shouldn't be allowed to report their garbage.

Chavez is clever customer.He never seriously censored the media. They are still working there. But he speaks against his critics in media every now and then. With this he tries to polarize the people and he knows very well that poor Venezuelans can never support the pro Americans.
